Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone number, profile photo.
• Carrier verification: company details, driver's licence, insurance and vehicle documents.
• Load details, addresses, photos, messages, ratings and proof-of-delivery (signatures and photos).
• Location: Carriers share their device location while a job is active so Customers can track the delivery.
• Payment information is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To run the marketplace (matching, payments, tracking, support), to verify carriers, to keep the platform safe, and to send service notifications. Promotional messages are optional and can be turned off in the app.

Sharing

Customers and Carriers on the same job can see each other's name, contact number and job details. We share data with service providers (hosting, SMS, payments, maps) only as needed, and with authorities when required by law.

Retention and your rights

You can access and update your data in the app and delete your account at any time. Financial records are kept as required by law.
