1. About Dispatch 360
Dispatch 360 is an online marketplace that connects customers who need goods transported ("Customers") with independent truck owners and carriers ("Carriers"). Dispatch 360 is not a carrier and does not transport goods itself.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, verify your phone number and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
3. Posting loads and offers
- Customers must describe loads accurately, including weight, dimensions and any dangerous goods (TDG).
- Carriers must hold valid operating authority, licences and insurance, and keep their documents up to date. Carriers can submit offers only after verification.
- An accepted offer forms a contract between the Customer and the Carrier for that job.
4. Payments
When a Customer accepts an offer, the payment is authorised and held. It is captured when the Customer confirms delivery and paid out to the Carrier, less the platform service fee shown in the Carrier app. Cancelled jobs release the hold. Loyalty points have no cash value.
5. Cancellations and disputes
Customers may cancel before pickup. Carriers may cancel before pickup, in which case the load is re-opened for other offers. Problems with a delivery can be reported in the app within 14 days; our team reviews each case and may issue full or partial refunds.
6. Ratings and conduct
Ratings must be honest and relate to the job. Harassment, fraud and off-platform payment requests are not allowed.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Dispatch 360 is not liable for loss of or damage to goods in transit; claims should be made against the Carrier and its insurer.
